Terms of Service

Agreement

By signing up for or using Relentify, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms apply to every product in the Relentify suite - accounting, CRM, chatbot, helpdesk, timesheets, and the rest.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate sign-up details.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
• One account per business. Multiple team members can be invited under a single entity.

Acceptable use

You may not use Relentify to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited marketing through our email, chat, or helpdesk tools.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the service.
• Resell or sublicense Relentify without written permission.

Your data, your ownership

The data you create inside Relentify - your invoices, contacts, conversations, documents - is yours. We host and process it to run the service on your behalf. We don't sell it, don't train models on it, and don't share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Billing and subscriptions

• Paid plans renew monthly or annually based on your selection.
• You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period remains active.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store card details.
• We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll notify you of planned maintenance and work to restore service quickly during incidents. Relentify is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. If we terminate your account, you can export your data for 30 days before it's deleted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for Relentify in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top shows when the terms were last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
